EAMES DINING TABLES! We are fortunate to have a number of Eames Aluminum Group tables available at very affordable prices. The table shown is 54", with a white laminate top. In addition, we have one table with a 42" oak wood top, plus several 42" and 48" white laminate top tables, all on the Aluminum Group base. These all are terrific '50s icons, very affordable, and will provide a wonderful accent in both residential dining and commercial applications. |

A QUITE RARE FOLDING TABLE BY CHARLES & RAY EAMES. Produced only for a few years, this is the first time that we have ever seen this wonderful folding table, other than in photographs. Measuring 42" x 42", it was originally intended to provide "emergency" dining space in small post-war houses. (I.E. your relatives arrive, you unfold this high tech folding table and there suddenly is room for all. The top is white Formica, set onto birch plywood. The legs are chromed steel and the look is definitely "1950s". The condition of the top is quite good; however, there are some chrome problems plus some problems on the bottom. |
